Repairs We make our bags to last, we make them to be repairable and we make them to be recyclable. Like you, we don’t want them going into landfill if at all possible. All BEEN London products come with a 1 year warranty. Beyond that, we will do everything we can to keep them in use. So if your bag needs a little TLC, then get in touch with us at yourorder@been.london and we’ll do what we can to get it fixed and back to you. Standard Returns and Exchanges When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. However, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), you have 30 days to send it back to us. Unless it's faulty, if you do decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means clean, unworn and unwashed. How to return: Please process your return and exchange here Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.
